Leaving for Youmacon tomorrow: my last con with the Bards for the year. At least I am aware of how awesome Portal is now. Whether I'll play any of the other games or not will come later, as I am complete and utter crap at first-person shooters. I'm hoping to change that, however.

Well, it felt very good to get out and perform once again. Hurray! Thanks to all the Bards for helping me have tons of fun this weekend. It was quite lovely. I've been spending a lot of time around friends, while simultaneously keeping busy this week. It's been lovely. I painted for two days with Shelley at a house in Affton for a woman who is incredibly sweet and nice. She made us tea and fed us salsa & chips while on the job. I did myself a great service today by utilizing one of the Paid features of LJ... and summarily changing the status of all of my old entries between 2001 and 2003 to Friends Only. According to UMSL's academic calendar, Commencement is May 13th.

Anime Central 2007 is from May 11th to the 13th.

...fuck. Now I may have friends who are torn between going to ACen or going to my college graduation. Blah! And hell, this means that unless I can fly back and forth between Chicago on Friday and Saturday, I won't be going either!
